Hi ~ My name’s Lisa, and this is my very first attempt at building a website.  My website is devoted to the zodiac constellations.  Before I started taking an astronomy class in college, I didn’t even know about the zodiac constellations.  I had always thought that the zodiac only dealt with astrology.  I didn’t know that the two were related.  I’ve found through my class that the zodiac constellations are very special because they are the only constellations that lie on the ecliptic that the Sun passes through.

There are 13 zodiac constellations, unlike the zodiac signs in astronomy.  The thirteenth constellation,Ophiuxhua, ia not one of the 12 zodiac signs in astonomy.  (This may be due to the fact that many wouldn’t want to be an Ophiuchuian *S*  Personally, I’d rather be a Scorpio.)

In the above links you can view the 13 zodiac constellations.  So, look around and enjoy!!

And if you like this site, make sure that you check out these links:

This site is dedicated to my fiance Tim.  Without him this site would not exist.  I want to thank him all his patience while teaching me how to make a website!
